Over the next 2 months I will be writing a weekly training log that summarizes my efforts to get in the best shape of my life and prepare for 4 competitions. I will start of with doing 2 local and a traditional Jujitsu competitions to test my game and get some fresh experience in. After that I’m joining the “Paris International Open Jiu-Jitsu IBJJF Championship” with the goal of getting a podium place. This will be my first international/big tournament.
